1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IT ProLab OÜ's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3.1 Training Programs

We offer various computer training programs including but not limited to:

3.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Registration and Enrollment

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our programs. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Course Fees

Course fees are clearly stated during enrollment. All fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified during enrollment. Payment must be made in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be available under certain circumstances:

  • Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 days before course start
  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-6 days before course start
  • No refund for cancellations within 2 days of course start
  • No refund after course commencement

6. Student Responsibilities

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Respect instructors and fellow students
  • Follow facility rules and regulations
  • Take care of equipment and materials
  • Complete assignments and assessments

7. Certificates and Credentials

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of training programs. Certificates do not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and intellectual property remain the property of IT ProLab OÜ. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

IT ProLab OÜ's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or student enrollment for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment of fees.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
